Middlesbrough Partnership supports the development of the Sustainable Community Strategy and the Local Area Agreement. These two documents set out the vision for the town, our key priorities and targets to achieve them.

In order to ensure that we are achieving our plans, we have a Performance Management Framework that helps us to assess our progress.

Twice a year, in December and June, we hold Accountability Sessions to assess our performance. By doing this we identify our successes and the areas where we need to do better.
